in 2023 husband and wife team made up of ex-P&O Head Chef Bill Burles and Alison took over The Royal Norfolk Hotel in Sandgate High Street and they extend a warm welcome to customers old and new.
After being made redundant as Head Chef at P&O Ferries Bill has introduced in a new menus, reopened a newly renovated carvery and Hotel Bar, which offers a range of local and guest beers and lagers, with some inviting bites and snacks.
Together they will be bringing a wealth of experience to continue the good reputation of the hotel by providing a quality Bed & Breakfast accommodation, as well as offering a venue catering for many types of functions, large and small.
